2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged
  • Diagnostic fees may apply if you decline repairs
  • We reserve the right to retain your device until payment is received
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Data Backup

You agree to:

  • Back up all important data before submitting your device for service
  • Remove any sensitive or confidential information if possible
  • Inform us if data recovery is a priority service

3.2 Device Condition Disclosure

You must disclose:

  • Any known liquid damage or physical trauma to the device
  • Previous repair attempts by others
  • Any modifications or non-standard components
  • Any known electrical issues (sparks, burning smells, etc.)

3.3 Abandoned Property

Unclaimed devices:

  • Devices unclaimed after 60 days may be considered abandoned
  • We reserve the right to dispose of or sell abandoned property
  • Any proceeds may be applied to unpaid service fees

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for services
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for loss of use, business interruption, or lost profits
  • Any legal actions must be initiated within 6 months of service completion

5. Warranty Information

5.1 Service Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on labor for most repairs, excluding:

  • Issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Damage caused by misuse after service
  • Devices with pre-existing conditions not disclosed
  • Devices modified after service

5.2 No Manufacturer Warranty Impact

Our services may void manufacturer warranties. You are responsible for:

  • Understanding your manufacturer's warranty terms
  • Deciding whether to use our services versus manufacturer services
  • Any consequences of warranty voiding

6. Service Limitations & Disclaimers

6.1 No Guarantee of Repair

While we make every effort to successfully repair your device, we cannot guarantee that:

  • Your device can be repaired
  • All data can be recovered or preserved
  • All original functionality will be restored
  • Repairs will not cause additional issues

6.2 Data Loss Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Computer repairs carry an inherent risk of data loss
  • We are not responsible for any lost, corrupted, or deleted data
  • You are solely responsible for backing up your data prior to service
  • Any data recovery attempts are not guaranteed

6.3 Hardware Damage Disclaimer

You understand and accept that:

6.4 Parts & Components

Regarding replacement parts:

  • We may use new, refurbished, or aftermarket parts as appropriate
  • Replacement parts carry their own manufacturer warranties only
  • We cannot guarantee compatibility of customer-provided parts
  • Parts may become obsolete or unavailable over time

7. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Devices with illegal or prohibited content
  • Devices posing safety hazards
  • Customers who are abusive or threatening
  • Devices we determine are beyond reasonable repair

8. Changes to Terms
