Welcome to GeorgiaPCRepair.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including on-site PC repair and website design services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

### 1. Services Provided

Georgia PC Repair provides the following services:

- On-site PC repair, diagnostics, and maintenance.

- Website design, development, and maintenance services.

- Consultation for IT and website-related matters.

### 2. Service Availability

- Services are available by appointment only. Customers may schedule service via our website, phone, or email.

- On-site repair services are provided within the defined geographic service area. If you are outside of our service area, additional fees may apply or we may not be able to accommodate your request.

- All services are subject to technician availability.

### 3. Payment Terms

- Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- We accept credit/debit cards, etc..

- A minimum of $600 or 50% deposit may be required for website design services, with the remainder due upon project completion.

- Invoices not paid within 30 days will incur a 19.5% late fee for each week the payment is outstanding.

### 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

- Customers may cancel or reschedule a service appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of $19.95.

- For website design services, any deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

### 5. Liability and Warranty

- PC Repair: Georgia PC Repair will make all reasonable efforts to repair or troubleshoot issues with your equipment. However, we cannot guarantee that all issues can be fixed or that data can be recovered. Customers are responsible for backing up all important data before any service.

- Website Design: We will work to create a website that meets your specifications. However, once the design is approved and deployed, Georgia PC Repair is not responsible for any future issues unless a maintenance agreement is in place.

- All repairs are guaranteed for 7 days from the date of service. This warranty covers the specific issue repaired but does not cover unrelated issues that arise after service.

### 6. Customer Responsibilities

- Customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding the problem they are experiencing or the specifications for a website design project.

- For on-site services, the customer must ensure that our technicians have safe and timely access to the equipment that needs servicing.

### 7. Limitations of Liability

- Georgia PC Repair is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use the equipment we service or websites we design.

- We are not responsible for any data loss, software corruption, or hardware damage that may occur during or after the repair process unless caused by our negligence.

### 8. Intellectual Property

- Website designs created by Georgia PC Repair remain our intellectual property until full payment has been made. Upon payment, the rights to the design are transferred to the customer unless otherwise agreed.

- Any third-party software, templates, or resources used in website design projects may be subject to their own licensing terms, which the customer agrees to abide by.

### 9. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected during the service process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy [link to Privacy Policy]. We do not share or sell customer information to third parties without consent.

### 10. Termination of Services

Georgia PC Repair reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if we determine that the customer is engaging in illegal, abusive, or unethical behavior.

### 11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Macon, Georgia. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any formal legal action.

### 12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Georgia PC Repair reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
